in less than 10 months.

Our team was honored to work with the owners of IST Management in curating the 11 stall Halidom Eatery set to open this Spring.

Extracted from the article below, “The dining lineup includes Press Waffle Co., Mad Dads Philly's, Mango Indian Grill, Locale Island Eats and an as-yet-unnamed Mexican street-food concept.

  • Press Waffle Co. comes from franchise owners and sisters Zainab Turay and Aminata Keister. Press Waffle Co. founders and brothers Bryan and Caleb Lewis pitched the concept on ABC's "Shark Tank" and received an investment from Barbara Corcoran during an episode that aired in 2019. The restaurant will serve customizable Belgian waffles.

  • Locale Island Eats will be the second restaurant from Taylur Davis (pictured right), who owns Locale Caribbean at the Politan Row food hall at Colony Square in Midtown. Island Eats will serve new dishes including chopped-style meats such as oxtail and jerk chicken, as well as dishes from Locale Caribbean such as Jamaican patties and coco bread.

  • Twin brother and sister Luis and Lucero Martinez Obregon are developing the Mexican restaurant. The siblings operated Zocalo in Midtown for almost 30 years before selling the restaurant late last year. They will serve an authentic Mexican-style street-food menu curated by Lucero Martinez Obregon.

  • Mad Dads Philly's will be the second metro Atlanta location for husband-and-wife owners Tony and Pamela Sharpe. The restaurant's menu will include blueberry-Sriracha wings, cheesesteaks and hoagies, among other dishes.

  • Mango Indian Grill, a restaurant developed by husband-and-wife owners Mathi Pothiyappan and Priya Somasundaram, will serve fast-casual Indian cuisine.”
