Why an engagement agreement? Our toolbox includes our partnerships with external PR and social media. We have found success in creating our own headlines. Our PR partner will contact you about our collaboration and secure quotes from you that highlight your growth strategy for the market. Elevating your voice allows us to cast a wide net through the community about our intentions. As we secure new locations, we will make additional announcements…all of which elevates the brand and garners more exposure for future expansion markets.
Mid 2023 we sent out a press release for a new client, San Francisco Coffee. That single press release was picked up by 6 media publications and over 150 emails from prospective Landlords and developers starting filling our inboxes. San Francisco’s existing customer base was also excited to learn about our growth and have suggested markets they want to see us in.
We provide you a launch pad. Beyond securing a location, our team introduces you to the best of the best professional partners in architecture, construction and attorneys who are day in and day out supporting Tenants in real estate Leases.
What makes terra alma different?
We pride ourselves on the strength of our relationships. We have cultivated these relationships over the last 25 years throughout the Southeast and beyond. Landlords and developers call us as they scout properties for new developments.
We make it a priority that out of the 15 meals we can have each week, at least three per week are with Landlords and developers in-person doing portfolio reviews and evaluating new developments where we can position our clients.
Learning from highly competitive brokerage firms over the years, terra alma set out to be collaborative. Our team meets twice per week discussing new developments, sharing learnings from one another and driving markets together. We realize that we work smarter and more efficiently sharing information.
Our Relationships
Our team knows the pulse of every market in Atlanta. We pride ourselves on knowing who has the best acai bowls, the local farm-raised steak, the best days to see the Beltline with a flurry of people and the days to just relax. We love being ahead of the curve, leveraging our connections with those in retail and restaurant.
As part of our initial onboarding we map our ideal co-tenants and build a market expansion strategy with tiers for our preferred markets.
We open communications with our contacts in all fields for the ideal size we want. We also know which operators may be struggling, so we can help the Landlord fill their space before it ever becomes vacant. A recent lead came from a friend in the art industry who knew a gallery was closing and thought it would make a great restaurant space.
We love presenting offers to other listing agents who have no idea that their Landlord’s space is about to close for business. After years in the industry, listing agents know that our team knows.
Our Underground Knowledge
Brand Books
We’ve learned a thing or two about what Landlords and Developers need to share with their committees for approval especially when their team is not in a single location. We’ve designed brand books for our clients that share our clients founders’ story, their vision for expansion, menu highlights and our expansion plans.
