New Retail and Restaurant Space Available in LUMEN Chamblee
terra alma is excited to announce retail and restaurant space is available at LUMEN Chamblee, a new mixed-use development from Atlanta-based developers Atlantic Residential and Stein Investment Group. Located at 2175 American Industrial Way in Chamblee, northeast of Atlanta, the mixed-use development will feature 318 luxury apartment units and 4,458 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space in two suites when it opens in Q3 2023.
