Our Story.
Terra Alma was founded by Edie Weintraub, who's spent nearly two decades in Southeast retail and restaurants learning to spot the neighborhood everyone else is still overlooking.
We're woman-owned, Atlanta-rooted, and Southeast-connected — built by people who wanted to do this work differently: with more care, more attention, and more time spent actually in the places we work, not just studying them from afar.

Home base is Atlanta.
Our core is the Southeast — the downtowns, master-planned communities, and mixed-use places where we've done our best work.
We're growing beyond it. Southstar's Mayfair in New Braunfels, Texas is proof that the Terra Alma approach travels the same eye for the right operator in the right place works whether we're two hours from home or two states away.
